An exceptional large double-headed ceremonial drum called LAMBA is unique to the people of Sumba, an island in Eastern Indonesia,

the drum is used for ceremonies such as funerals, only one drum was placed in the middle of the place where the ceremony was held,

made of wood, leather and deer skin,

old and weathered patina, an exceptional object placed on an iron stand

72 cm high x 50 cm wide x 25 cm deep
